How do I make a purchase?
If you are looking to purchase an item that can not be added to the cart, simply fill out the contact form and include your phone number. We will give you a call and discuss options and availability.
All other purchases can be made by adding an item to the cart and proceeding though the checkout process.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an email or SMS notifying you that the order was placed. Please be sure to check your spam box if you do not see the confirmation. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours please contact us and we will look into the matter.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
No. Once an order is placed you may not change an address.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship within the USA Market. If you are in need of a part and live outside the USA please contact us first as your order will be cancelled.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after order is placed. Some made to order items will take additional time. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for shipping.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14 day return policy starting the day you receive your package. You must contact us first for an RMA. You are responsible for return postage and all items must be returned unused with original tags and packaging. Any items not returned in stated condition will be rejected. No returns are allowed on food or personal care items.
ALL CUSTOM orders are non refundable and non returnable once an order is placed.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first before requesting a return. Standard 15% restocking fee will apply. No returns on final sale items.

How long will it take until I receive my order?
Transit times vary by courier. We can not guarantee any transit times as we do not have any control over courier delays, weather, etc. You may contact the courier and provide tracking information to have a better understanding of your delivery date.
