Upcycled Little Skulls Bicycle Headset Cap

In our UPCYCLED series, we repurpose our "mistake" caps by carefully machining off the very thin top anodization layer leaving a cool, raw aluminum finish. Then we relaser them using a variety of techniques. Please note: the cap inner barrels and backs will still be anodized, and colors will vary. They are designed to fit 1 1/8" headsets and measure 1 1/4" (32mm) in diameter. (This is the most common size on modern bicycles.)

These caps are flat across the top and weigh 6 grams. They are made of 6061 aluminum. Our headset bolts (sold separately) are made of 7075 aluminum are M6 x 30mm in size and weigh 3 grams.

PLEASE NOTE: Upcycled caps are raw, unsealed aluminum. Their appearance may be adversely affected by continuous exposure to salt air and salt water.
