RevGrips Hand Guards

Are some of your local trails tremendously overgrown? Is getting struck with branches, bushes, even a cactus or two starting to negatively impact your rides? Hand guards can be a great addition to your set-up.

RevGrips took the same approach to Hand Guards as we do to every other product we manufacture.  We set out to make something we're proud of, something worthy of the RevGrips badge.  Hand Guards aren't known to be the most attractive component around… we wanted to change that.  

Our Hand Guards are manufactured in our facility in CA.  The Shield is made of high-strength, transparent gray Polycarbonate.  The Mount is 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum, anodized Dark Gray to match our other components.  Not only do our Hand Guards look pretty cool, they also work great and install in a matter of minutes.  

Replacement Shields are available for purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR HAND GUARD SERVICE/INSTALLATION

• Clean Polycarbonate Shield with Soap and Water ONLY.
• DO NOT use LOCTITE or any other thread-locker for the Shield Screws.  If it contacts the Shield, it can/will cause a chemical reaction and the Polycarbonate will crack. 
• Quote from Loctite Products: "Not Recommended For Use....on plastic parts, particularly thermoplastic materials where stress cracking of the plastic could result"
