EPS MONOCOQUE FRAME
The carbon frame utilizes the EPS construction system for maximum quality. Carbon sheets are layered around a sintered expanded polystyrene core with a perfectly smooth surface, preventing air bubbles that cause structural weaknesses common in inflatable bladder systems.
PAT10 MONOCOQUE
The PAT tube in the REVO model tapers to a thickness of 10 millimeters, absorbing up to 18% more vibrations than standard frames without compromising torsional rigidity.
This design isolates the rider from off-road terrain irregularities, enhancing comfort, control, and stability. The frame's rigidity simultaneously ensures efficient power transfer for responsive performance.
TOTAL INTERNAL CABLE ROUTING
The frame features complete internal routing for brake and shifter cables, creating clean lines and reduced aerodynamic resistance.
